Songnote
Piano Play on the Still Coding portal is this studio. Edit ABC on a staff, hear a piano tone made in the browser, and play C0–B8 on 108 keys.
Songnote and Piano Play are the same studio
The product name is Songnote. Piano Play is the name on the portal card and in the address, and it is also the name of playing a score and the keys inside the studio. The songnote logo and the portal card are not two different apps.
The public address is https://piano-play.still-coding.cc/en/ for English and https://piano-play.still-coding.cc/ for Korean.
What you can do
- Read ABC as notation and edit it visually or line by line.
- Play, pause, return to the start, seek, repeat, and set tempo from 40 to 200 BPM and volume.
- Scroll a piano roll with 108 keys from C0 to B8, and play with a pointer or the computer keyboard.
- Open four examples, import an .abc or .txt file, and download the score you are editing.
Photos, PDF recognition, MIDI, and MusicXML are not supported. One ABC tune is applied at a time. The sound is additive synthesis, not a recording.
Three first steps
- Read the Twinkle note, then open that example in the studio.
- Press play or Space, and try the keys or A–K.
- Change a note in the editor, save, and download an ABC file if you want to keep it.

Scores stay in this browser
The four examples ship with the app. Scores you create, drafts, and versions are stored only in this browser and are not uploaded. Clearing site data removes them.
