Errors, privacy, example-score rights, and how to use the studio come by email. Songnote and Piano Play are the same studio.
Useful details
- The browser, device, and time.
- The sentence on the screen, for example that audio did not start.
- The example name, or the smallest ABC needed to reproduce a score you wrote.
- For a rights claim, the original work and which page is involved.
What not to send
Do not include a national ID, a copy of an identity document, a bank account, a password, an API key, or an advertising-account login. Most errors can be checked without the whole private score. The score is not on the server; it is in that browser.
